How to refer a student

To refer a student to Chayah Education, please complete our referral form. This helps us understand the student's needs and ensure we can provide appropriate support from the start.

What we need:

  • Student's basic information and educational background
  • Current educational setting and any support in place
  • Specific needs, challenges, or areas requiring support
  • Referrer's contact information and relationship to student
  • Any relevant reports, assessments, or documentation

What happens next:

  • We'll review your referral within 2 working days
  • Our team will contact you to discuss the student's needs
  • We'll arrange an initial assessment if appropriate
  • A tailored support plan will be developed collaboratively
