What we do

Empowering young people through sustainable, tailored educational support.

Chayah Education partners with families, schools, and local authorities to create sustainable educational pathways. We provide flexible, trauma-aware outreach for young people facing barriers to mainstream school – such as anxiety, medical needs, or previous negative experiences. Rather than replacing school, we bridge gaps and rebuild trust, supporting each child to progress at their own pace.

Tailored to Every Child and Young Person

We create personalised support plans shaped around each learner’s strengths, needs, interests, and circumstances. Plans are reviewed regularly and adapt as confidence, engagement, and learning develop.

Relationship-Led, Confidence-Building Support

We deliver one-to-one and small-group sessions in settings where children and young people feel safe and able to engage — including homes, schools, and community spaces. Our calm, relationship-led approach helps rebuild confidence, motivation, and a positive relationship with learning.

Working in Partnership with Schools

We work closely with schools to provide structured educational support that helps learners engage with learning and work towards nationally recognised qualifications, including Functional Skills and GCSEs, through the school’s existing awarding bodies.

We support learning, engagement, and progress, while schools retain responsibility for curriculum, assessment, and accreditation. This ensures continuity and accountability without removing learners from their school roll. As Chayah Education evolves, we aim to offer accredited provision directly, enabling students to access recognised qualifications through us where appropriate.

Flexible Learning, Anywhere

Our outreach model allows learning to take place beyond the traditional classroom. Support can be delivered in community spaces, at home, or in other safe, agreed venues — reducing pressure while maintaining clear educational structure and expectations.

Holistic Support for a Brighter Future

Academic learning is combined with trauma-aware wellbeing support and practical life skills. This holistic approach helps children and young people re-engage with education, make meaningful progress, and build the confidence and resilience needed for future transitions.

Clear Educational Pathways

Each learner’s support is guided by a clear educational pathway, developed in partnership with schools and professionals, to secure recognised outcomes and support successful transitions.
